2.5 ग्राम सुबह और रात में खाणे से पहले एक या आधा घंटा गरम पाणी के साथ बोतल में दिया हुआ चमच सपाट करके एक वक्त लेना लगभग 2.5ग्राम भरेगा|
औषधी लेणे का तरिका:
पहले एक खाली कप लें| उसके साथ गुणगुणे पाणी से भरा एक गिलास लें| फिर उस कप में 2.5ग्राम चूर्ण डाले और उसमे पर्याप्त मात्रा में गिलास से गुणगुणा पाणी मिलाकर उसे पीए| उसके बाद आप गिलास में बचा हुआ बाकी पाणी भी पी सकते हैं| सुबह शाम खाणे से आधा या एक घंटा पहले इसे दोहराये|
Directions For Use:
2.5 gm before lunch and dinner with lukewarm water. Take full flat spoon given in bottle at one time.Take spoon given in bottle only.
